BLANKET (about 26"X 26"finished)
-Chain 92
-1st row: Sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across; turn
-2nd row: Ch1, sc in front loop in each sc
across, until last stitch, 1 regular sc (in
front & back loop); turn
-Repeat 2nd row
for 90 rows.
CROCHET BORDER:
(regular sc using “front and back” loops)
1st round: Turn;
ch1, 2 sc in 1st corner, 1 sc in each stitch around all sides,
crocheting 3 sc in each corner, join with a slip stitch
2nd round: Ch2, 2 dc in 1st corner, 1 dc in each stitch
around all sides, crocheting 3 dc in each corner, join with a slip stitch
3rd round:
(crab stitch or reverse single crochet) Ch1, 1 reverse single crochet around all sides, join
with a slip stitch and fasten off weaving in end.
