TEDDY BEAR (14") PATTERN AND SEWING INSTRUCTION





TEDDY BEAR PATTERN (14") 
AND SEWING INSTRUCTION 
(FOR ORIGINAL SIZE CLICK ON PATTERN/

MATERIAL:
-Fleece, flannel, cotton or other
-Scarf cut 1.25” X 12”
-Stuffing Poly-Fill (4 oz)
-Embroidery floss (or soft yarn)
and/or pieces of color fleece for eyes, nose and mouth
-Sewing needle
(All seams allowances ¼”)
1-     Pin two EAR pieces right sides together and sew around the top.  Leave the bottom open.  Turn right side out.  Fill loosely with Poly-Fill (Make 2).
2-     Pin the BODY FRONTS together & stitch front seams.  Sew on one leg the label “Love, Sea Trail Grandmas”.
3-     Open the front.  Embroidered eyes, nose and mouth.
4-     Pin the EARS in place on top of the HEAD. Stitch in place.
5-     Pin the BODY BACK and BODY FRONT right sides together, matching the circles shapes. Stitch around the entire body, except for 1 ½” opening between the legs for turning and stuffing.
6-     Turn the bear right side out.  Fill firmly with Poly-Fill.
7-     To finish, hand sew the hole.
8-     Scarf; Make a 2 or 3 knots close of the neck and trim the ends. 11/12/15
